Hi, Yes, it depends on regions too, it's about how they work faster to process your application. Here in Maharashtra, I have observed several cases where a few of them were received in 15-20 days. but, some of them have still not received due to slower movement of applications from their respective regional offices, even after submitting applications multiple times. Also an important note: you need to check once if your respective DRM office is still providing this card through offline mode or else they shifted this process to online mode. Because, a few of the DRM offices may be still working/issuing this ID card by traditional offline modes only.
