Hiall, I hope you all are doing well. As we all know, we often face various problems and accessibility issues while using government websites. It is necessary for us to make a collective effort to resolve these issues.
My suggestion is that we all register our complaints on a government portal to bring these issues to the attention of the concerned authorities. For this, we can file a complaint on the CPGRAMS portal and send the representation to Railway Board. I believe that if we do this in an organized manner, the likelihood of our problems being addressed will increase.
