Hello sir. Since you said that your application was issued by the village authorities on your behalf, and you are unable to download the card by using the credentials. In this case what you can do is you can visit the nearest common service centre close to your place. Since the UDID card is linked with the aadhar card, so you can ask the person there to give you the PDF of the UDID card. They will just ask for your aadhar number and then they will give you the PDF of the UDID card. Although this issue should not come on the website, but if it is urgent for you and you need a soft copy right away then you can go for this option.
