Dear group,

I would like to share that I have filed grievances on the CPGRAMS portal
addressing the CCPD regarding accessibility issues with Swiggy, their
Instamart platform, and Zomato.

The cases appear to be progressing, as the assigned officer keeps changing.
I am curious about the effectiveness of the CCPD and whether it can have a
real impact.
