Hello all. I am shivasuresh. I am a windows user with JAWS 2022 and Adobe Acrobat DC latest. As the subject line says I am facing problem in accessing external and bookmark links while reading PDF file. I have made all the Adobe Acrobat DC accessibility settings. When I tried to open the link the screen reader remains silent I tried all the different options but I fail to open the links in my PDF files. I tried allowing the links from Adobe Acrobat DC preferences and security option there is an option to allow PDF files to access external links but don’t know for what reason it is not working or I am not following the steps properly. this is my concern it would be of immense help if somebody could suggest and alternative and accessible PDF reader where I can read all the PDF file accessing all the external links comfortably this is very important for me so please help me in this regard.
