Friends, this is an Excel query from one of my friends, whose mails do not appear to be reaching on the list. According to him, while moving the cursor keys on an Excel sheet, JAWS does not seem to be moving from one cell or row to another and it completely goes silent. The problem started appearing in suddenly from yesterday onwards. Please note a complete reinstallation of JAWS along with reinstalling different versions of Office has already been performed several times. Currently, he's running Windows 10 with Office 2013.
