I'd like to add line numbering to AbiWord a la Word 2000. In Word 2000, under menu item Page Setup -> tab Layout, you can click a "Line Numbers" button to get the dialog. I've attached a picture of it. The numbers usually appear to the left of each line. This is needed for printing transcripts, poems, and other things you might to be able to refer to by line number. Any comments or objections?
