[6lowpan] Wow - I dislike multiple timezones

So as somone pointed out on the 88attendees list, when you include 
multiple timezone you usually get something wrong and I did (a typo)...

The meeting starts at 7:30pm US/Pacific which should be 0330 UTC not 
0300 UTC.

Now back to your regularly scheduled email...
